This year’s conference, "Empowering Community Through Technology," will explore the convergence of technology throughout the higher education environment. Whether your focus is faculty or staff, technical or functional, this conference will offer a variety of opportunities for you to learn about and share with colleagues technological changes and uses on campuses in your region. Preconference seminars begin the morning of February 20, with the full conference program February 20–22, 2008. The program follows four key tracks:
