What does it take to be a CIO, and why would anyone want to be one? Which audiences does this position serves, and what are their expectations? How do you strike a balance between providing business value at the lowest cost while also providing a satisfying academic and collegial environment? This session will explore these questions and how we can support and mentor aspiring IT leaders.
