Seminars on Academic Computing (SAC)From 1970 to 2007, the Seminars on Academic Computing were held annually for senior IT leaders in higher education. Components included the Directors Leadership Seminar, the Executive Leadership Seminar, and the New Directors Leadership Seminar. These programs are no longer offered. SAC HistorySAC ScholarshipsThe SAC Founders Scholarship program was designed to encourage new IT leadership professionals who had been in campus IT leadership attend the meeting and become part of the SAC community. SAC Founders Scholarship Recipients The Balestri Memorial Scholarship program was established to help women who had never before attended SAC participate in the Directors Leadership Seminar and join the SAC community.
