Philip J. Goldstein is an ECAR Fellow and president of Philip J. Goldstein & Associates, LLC. He has served higher education as a consultant and administrator for over 18 years. He held leadership positions in the education consulting practices of both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where his work blended together the fields of operations and information technology. Goldstein also served in an administrative capacity at the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on new revenue generation and industry relations. He has been a frequent speaker and author on topics including outsourcing, process reengineering, and the changing competitive landscape in higher education. SummaryYour host, Steve Worona, will be joined by Phil Goldstein, and the topic will be "Leading the IT Workforce in Higher Education." This session will present the results of recent ECAR research by Philip Goldstein on IT leadership.
