There are many alliances that are necessary if our campuses are to approach strategic planning for information resources with an enterprise-wide view: academic and administrative computing; computing and libraries; data, voice, and video communications; central, school, and departmental computing. What mechanisms can encourage a broader view among units and foster more collaboration on campus?
