The application of new technologies, or established technologies in innovative ways, can enable our institutions to operate more efficiently, help students to learn more effectively, enhance communications on our campuses, and improve the quality of institutional services. At the same time, implementing new technologies can strain existing staff resources, furthering the imbalance between expectations and ability to deliver.
