Hotels

Due to the proximity of EDUCAUSE 2005, online hotel reservations are CLOSED and all inquiries should be directed to the hotels. Please contact the hotels directly for all reservation inquiries, including cancellations or change in reservations.

Air Travel

Travel into Orlando is served by the Orlando International Airport. We strongly recommended that you contact the airlines directly 24 hours prior to departure to confirm details or changes.

Conference Shuttle Service

The Peabody and Rosen Centre Hotels are within easy walking distance from the convention center.

The remaining EDUCAUSE conference hotels will be served by shuttle service. Please see the shuttle schedule in your tote bag for updated information and times.

Discounted Ground Transportation from Orlando International Airport

To assist you with your travel planning, we have arranged a Mears Motor Shuttle discount for all conference attendees. Please download and print out a Mears Motor Shuttle discount coupon [PDF 105 KB]. You must present this coupon at one of the Mears Motor Shuttle counters on arrival at Orlando International Airport to receive the discount.

Passport Requirement for International Participants
