Media Representatives

Registration for Media Representatives

The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference brings together IT leaders and professionals in higher education, corporations who offer products and services to this community, and media representatives who cover the sector. Representatives of print and electronic media focusing on information technology and higher education with plans to cover EDUCAUSE 2011 may request complimentary media credentials for registration.

NOTE: Only two complimentary registrations per publication/organization will be allowed, regardless of an individual's affiliation or place of employment. Complimentary registration covers only the conference proper and does not include preconference seminars, which have separate registration fees.

If you wish to request credentials, please contact:

Press Packets for Registered Media

Media may pick up materials from the press kit area which will be located outside of Exhibit Hall B. The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference will not have a formal media room.

Exhibitors wishing to provide materials for the media must hand deliver and place materials on the press kit tables outside of the EDUCAUSE 2011 exhibit hall. EDUCAUSE cannot be responsible for such materials being shipped to the convention center or keeping the table stocked. The tables outside of Exhibit Hall B will be set up and available for media kits by noon on Monday, October 17.

List of Media Representatives

All individuals registered for the conference who have media activity records in the EDUCAUSE database are included in the list of media representatives below. This is a dynamic list, growing as individuals register, and is generally not stable until approximately one week prior to the conference.
