AbstractThis workshop features Virtual Office (VO) software by Groove, Inc. VO is an innovative application of existing, stable technologies to today's collaborative and decentralized campus environments. VO provides an ad hoc, dynamic desktop collaboration environment that is relatively inexpensive and easy to use for IT personnel, faculty, students, support staff, and administrators. PLEASE NOTE: This seminar requires every participant to bring a Windows XP laptop with wireless capability. You will be sent information on where to obtain and how to install Professional Microsoft Groove Virtual Office for this session. The software will be provided for this session for free, and will be downloaded from a website.
