Make a New ReservationIf you have not secured a hotel room for EDUCAUSE 2004, please contact the hotels listed below to make a reservation. All hotels will be serviced by the conference shuttle. Burnsley All Suite Hotel (located 1.5 miles from the convention center) Oxford Hotel (located 0.9 mile from the convention center) Radisson Hotel Denver Stapleton Plaza (located 6 miles from the convention center) Existing ReservationsDue to the proximity of EDUCAUSE 2004, all existing reservation inquiries should be directed to the hotel. Please use the list below to contact your hotel directly. If you are holding a reservation at the following hotels for EDUCAUSE 2004, the online reservations are CLOSED. Please contact the hotel directly for all reservation inquiries, including cancellations or changes. Please Note: If you are changing or canceling an existing reservation, please do not call the hotel until Thursday, September 30 to allow for data download completion. The hotel will not have your reservation in its system until the download is complete
Shuttle ServiceThe Holiday Inn and Hotel Teatro are within easy walking distance from the convention center. The remaining EDUCAUSE conference hotels will be served by shuttle service. Please see the shuttle schedule in your tote bag for updated information and times. Air TravelTravel into Denver is served by Denver International Airport. It is strongly recommended that passengers contact the airlines directly 24 hours prior to departure to confirm details and/or changes. Ground TransportationView complete and updated information on ground transportation between Denver International Airport and downtown Denver. Discounted Ground Transportation from DIA: To assist you with your travel planning, we have arranged a SuperShuttle discount for all conference attendees. Please download and print out a SuperShuttle discount coupon [PDF 88 KB]. You must present this coupon at the SuperShuttle counter on arrival at DIA to receive the discount. Shuttles run every 15 minutes from 4:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. High Altitude TipsThe elevation of Denver is one mile-5,280 feet-and your body may need a few days to adjust to the reduced oxygen and low humidity, especially if you're coming from very low elevations. Don't be alarmed if you initially experience headaches, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea, difficulty sleeping, and intolerance to physical exertion. Here are a few tips to help you adjust.
