Preregistration (online, phone, fax, e-mail, etc.) for the EDUCAUSE 2004 conference is closed. If you are planning to attend, you can register on site at the Colorado Convention Center beginning on October 18.

*Registration fee includes:

  • attendance at all educational activities on Wednesday-Friday
  • entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday-Thursday
  • conference opening in the exhibit hall on Tuesday
  • lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • refreshment breaks, Tuesday-Friday
  • special conference event Thursday evening

**You must register and pay an additional fee for preconference seminars that will take place on Tuesday, October 19.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card guarantee payment. A purchase order does not constitute payment, and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card before the first day of the conference. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification. Due to limited space in the preconference seminars, we cannot ensure your space until we have received payment.

Cancellations postmarked or received on or before August 23, 2004, are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between August 24 and September 21, 2004, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee for conference registrations and a $50 processing fee for preconference seminar registrations. If you cancel after September 21, 2004, you will receive no refund. If you have not paid by another means, your credit card will be charged the cost of registration. The card will not be charged until you have been notified of the charge.

Registration Lists

Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees, offering a convenient way to network with colleagues. The data provided in these lists may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose.

Audio/Videotaping, Digital Recording, and Photography

Because all presentations and associated materials are the speakers’ intellectual property, please obtain the speakers' permission to record their session or activity in any medium. Recording for commercial purposes is allowed only with prior permission from both EDUCAUSE and the speakers. EDUCAUSE reserves the right to ask any attendee to move within or to leave a session venue if their use of technology is disruptive to speakers or other attendees. Note that by attending the conference, attendees have agreed to the terms of the EDUCAUSE Image/Audio/Video Release Form, which allows images, audio, and video recorded on site to be used for educational and promotional purposes.
