The Security Professionals Conference

EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer and Network Security Task Force

The Security Professionals Conference, sponsored by the EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer and Network Security Task Force, will bring together IT security officers and practitioners from across the higher education landscape. The 2005 conference will include keynote speakers, preconference seminars, poster sessions, and track sessions that address technical solutions and management issues, including security training and awareness, as well as security policies and procedures.

This conference is being held in conjunction with The EDUCAUSE Policy Conference.  The EDUCAUSE Policy Conference provides an opportunity to explore new federal laws, legislative and regulatory developments, and emerging trends that will impact information technology use in higher education environments. The conference offers an opportunity to make valuable connections with other campus leaders and to dialogue with key federal policy makers in a comfortable setting.
