AbstractNovato Public Access Television (NPAT) links service organizations, public schools, and higher education. Programs include local candidate debates (Soroptimist International of Novato), faculty lectures on diverse topics (Dominican University of California), and skill in television programming for high school students (San Marin High School). This presentation will document collaborative local television programming. |
