Now Hear This: Digital Voice Files and Screen Recordings as Student CommentarySession DetailsTuesday, May 08, 2007 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Nikko III Session Type: Track 1 Speaker(s)
AbstractRecent developments in digital-audio and screen-recording software hold great promise not only for reducing the time it takes to provide commentary on student work but also for increasing the quality of comments. Voice-enabled commentary, through multiple media, extends the fixed-text model to include voice, graphics, and animation, and it may be more effective than more traditional approaches. |
