A Call for Strategic AlliancesSession DetailsWednesday, April 27, 2005 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. San Francisco A/B (1B theatre level) Session Type: Discussion Session Facilitator(s)
AbstractAt the EDUCAUSE 2004 annual conference, James Duderstadt called on IT leaders to form strategic alliances to confront the challenges that face academic institutions. This roundtable discussion will call on leaders in technology in the Western Region of the United States to consider the potential of collaborative endeavors to improve our academic and administrative functions. What does it make sense to do regionally? Can we bridge the gaps that exist between private and public institutions? What next steps can we take to make these strategic alliances happen? |
