Campus Video Services Alliance: A Strategic Partnership and Its Effects

At a large university, sorting through services associated with production and delivery of video and related digital media can be confusing. By forming a Campus Video Services Alliance, key University of Iowa stakeholders partnered to provide a "virtually centralized" consultation and production services presence. This presentation will describe this one-stop service model, its effects, and its ongoing challenges.
