Abstract

Governance, organization, and leadership are on a five-year consecutive run in the top-10 current issues of strategic importance, and higher education institutions need answers. Lone Star College will share solutions on how to actively get support and buy-in from executive leadership and key skilled individuals through inclusion and accountability.
