Abstract

Technology is vital to support the campus mission and community. With a renewed culture of assessment and continuous improvement and with new executive IT leadership, Baylor has been working in the past year to increase both measurement of technology services and collaboration with university constituencies. The goal is, through partnerships, communication, and improved discernment of the current feelings about IT, to continue the evolution of technology services, usage, and satisfaction to meet the needs of the campus.
