Abstract

Faced with the demands of staffing several mission-critical projects and a shortage of specialized technical talent, Information Technology at the University of Oklahoma has taken a new approach to managing human resources by establishing a centralized Talent Management Team dedicated to recruiting, developing, and retaining top IT professionals for the entire organization. This session will give an overview of this strategy and outline the solutions that are transforming the OU IT organization.
