AbstractTexas A&M University's Bush School of Government and Public Service implemented a customer relationship management system in August of 2008. The overall project structure, project management strategies, and lessons learned will be presented. The benefits and outcomes achieved through a CRM will be discussed. This presentation will also include a brief demonstration of the CRM system and implementation outcomes to date. |
