Abstract

Leading and implementing a technology change does not have to be an unpleasant experience for clients or lead to strained relationships with IT. Learn how Towson University was able to successfully achieve a smooth and positive transition to Office 2007 while focusing on client needs, enhanced services, and training. This presentation will detail the methodology and steps taken to achieve a university-wide technology change through collaboration, communications, and flexibility.
