Abstract

More colleges and universities are moving to outsource e-mail and other applications as budgets tighten and we are asked to do more with less. Learn what has gone into these decisions, lessons learned and best practices that have evolved, and educational implications for this shift. This panel presentation will share information from the experiences of two institutions that have moved in this direction.
