Running Scared: From Disaster Recovery to Business ResilienceSession DetailsTuesday, June 20, 2006 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Peachtree (Lobby Level) Session Type: Track 2 Speaker(s)
AbstractThis session outlines a shift of thinking from "if" to "when," and how that affects disaster preparedness. We'll compare a more traditional approach with the concept of "organizational resilience," which is a different perspective from business continuity/disaster recovery planning. Resilience shifts the emphasis toward the need for the flexibility of daily operations rather than on recovery. Available Resources |
