Abstract

To address customer satisfaction issues related to high university growth rates, Bob Yankello of the University of Central Florida partnered with the North Highland Company to provide collaborative strategic planning expertise in a strategic planning project. This presentation will review the approach, tools, and results as well as some of the lessons learned.
