Abstract

Birmingham-Southern faced a number of challenges related to its ResNet. Demand for Internet bandwidth had overloaded the Internet connection, using valuable resources and leading to the decision to outsource ResNet. This presentation will describe the experience with outsourcing ResNet, the process of championing change inside the college, and key results.
