Abstract

Vint Cerf and Tim Berners-Lee say losing network neutrality will mean the end of the Internet as we know it. But Ed Whitacre, CEO of AT&T, says the only way he can deploy the broadband networks we all want is to sell differentiated services on "his pipes." This discussion session will explore the controversy.
