Shuttle Bus Transportation for the Focus Session

ELI will provide a shuttle bus for all attendees from the Millennium hotel to the ATLAS Building on August 15–16.

August 15

To the focus session: Catch the shuttle bus from the Millennium hotel to the ATLAS Building between 12:45–2:15 p.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 12:45 p.m. Please note: The ELI Focus Session begins at 2:00 p.m.

From the focus session: Catch the shuttle back to the Millennium hotel between 5:45–6:15 p.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 5:45 p.m. Please note: The ELI Focus Session reception at the hotel begins at 6:00 p.m.

August 16

To the focus session: Catch the shuttle from the Millennium hotel to the ATLAS Building between 7:00–8:45 a.m. Shuttles will depart approximately every 15 minutes starting at 7:00 a.m. Please note: Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. and meeting sessions begin at 8:00 a.m.

Please note: Attendees may store their luggage on Thursday, August 16 in the Boulder Creek Board Room of the Millennium hotel prior to boarding the shuttle to the ATLAS Center. You will be able to collect your luggage upon your return before heading to the airport.

From the focus session: Catch the shuttle back to the Millennium hotel between 4:00–5:00 p.m., where you can catch a shuttle or taxi to the Denver International Airport. Please note: The ELI Focus Session ends at 4:30 p.m.
