The EDUCAUSE Institute Management Program

"Helped confirm good management tools I currently use and added many more to my toolbox through the sessions and personal interaction."

The Management Program is tailored to higher education IT professionals who are new to the role of manager and who would like to enhance the various practical skills important to effective management, such as interpersonal communication, time management, and performance management. The program offers an invaluable opportunity to share information and experiences with peers and seasoned IT managers from campuses across the country. The intensive program engages participants in interactive sessions throughout the day and into the evening.

The Management Program, created in 1996, is offered twice annually-a winter session in Tempe, Arizona, and a summer session in Boulder, Colorado. The sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early.

Graduates of this program will benefit from the EDUCAUSE Institute Leadership Program.
