The purpose of this workshop is to introduce Information Technology professionals to project management and to present some useful tools and techniques that can be used to plan and execute an information technology project. The workshop will provide IT professionals an opportunity for hands on learning. Specifically, the workshop will address the work breakdown structure, the precedence diagramming method, linear responsibility charting, project risk assessment techniques and project cost estimating techniques. |
