AbstractBob Dix is the former staff director for the House Subcommittee on Technology, Information Technology, Intergovernmental Relations, and the Census, where he worked with Chairman Adam Putnam and Committee on Government Reform Chairman Tom Davis. In this session, he will describe how the Congress, federal government, and private sector are organizing to improve homeland security and the policies that are being pursued to enhance cybersecurity.
