Abstract

Representative Upton is chair of the House Telecommunications and Internet Subcommittee and will be one of the principal authors of the Telecom Act rewrite. In this session, he will review some of the areas he plans to focus on in that role. Rep. Upton will be introduced by Michael Waring, executive director of federal relations for the University of Michigan and director of the university's D.C. office.
