Potential Topics: How do StateNets develop an idea into a service?What are the legal liabilities for StateNets with respect to services that they may provide to their membership? Do you have a formal Electronic Record Retention policy for member data (email, for instance) that you host? What do you do if it is different than the members own policy? Do you have appropriate agreements and disclaimers in place?
