Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) simulations are computer simulations which use handheld computers to provide participants with information triggered by their real-world location. These simulations aim to combine physical and virtual world contexts, leveraging the strengths of each environment. AR simulations embed learners in authentic situations engaging them in collaborative problem-solving. Come explore these tools for learning and see how developer toolkits allow you to create your own local AR simulations.
