We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Hotel InterContinental New Orleans. Room reservations should be made directly with the InterContinental by calling (504) 525-5566 or toll-free in the U.S. at (800) 445-6563. Please refer to the NLII Annual Meeting when making your room reservation and reserve by January, 5, 2005, to secure the special rate above. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only.

Hotel cancellation policy: Individual reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

Air and Ground Transportation

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: The New Orleans airport is located approximately 30 minutes from downtown. For information, including ground transportation options, please see the airport's Web site.

Shuttle: The Hotel InterContinental does not offer a shuttle service to/from the New Orleans Airport. However, Downtown Airport Shuttle does offer service to the hotel. The cost is $13/one way, per person. Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed to the Downtown Airport Shuttle counter located in the baggage claim area to notify them you need transportation. Shuttles depart approximately every 15 minutes. While you do not need a reservation to travel from the airport to the Hotel InterContinental, you MUST call Downtown Airport Shuttle to arrange a return trip to the airport. Taxi: The cost is approximately $24/flat rate.

Parking: The Hotel InterContinental has valet and self-parking available. The current rate for valet parking is $29/day with in and out privileges. Self-parking is available for $15/day with no in and out privileges. (These rates are subject to change without notice.)
