Abstract

This session consists of two case studies in leadership. Roberts Wesleyan College deploys technology through a defined technology plan, a strategy that has enabled an increase in technology while keeping the budget fundable. Clarkson University focuses on clear, inspiring, values-based leadership as the single most important factor in the success of an IT organization. Leadership transformed OIT at Clarkson.
