Abstract

The public institutions of New Hampshire have a long history of technological cooperation. As disaster/recovery (D/R) planning and execution are conducive to cooperative arrangements, the four institutions have prepared a comprehensive and integrated approach to respond to a disaster event. The D/R plan is flexible, allowing any combination of the four campuses to respond.
