AbstractMany colleges have merged Library and Information Technology divisions, resulting in culture clashes and resentment. Instead, Bowdoin College developed collaboration organically through a four-person library and IT group. Initiatives were developed that increased communication, understanding, and collaboration at the operations and strategic levels to ensure quality services to the community. |
