Abstract

The graduate application system (GAPS) at Cornell University lets faculty view, rate, comment, sort, and review graduate applications and supporting documents online. Developed by staff and faculty in one department, GAPS quickly grew to 16 departments. This fall we expect it to accommodate all 96 graduate fields at Cornell. This presentation will provide insight into the entire process.
