Abstract

The ability for multimodal fluency success lies in the philosophical and learning theories of the past and in the emerging skills, abilities, and proficiencies of the technological present. This presentation will present a foundation for fluency through the framework of information studies instruction at Western Illinois University that's grounded in the principles of visual, media, information, and multicultural skills and experience.
