The FAQs are divided into several broad conference categories, so follow the links below for some answers to commonly asked questions. What Do You Have a Question About?

  • Registration: Information about registering for EDUCAUSE 2009.
  • Program: Information about scheduling and sessions.
  • Hotel/Travel/Shuttles: Information about Passkey, parking, shuttles, and travel discounts.
  • Corporate: Information about the Exhibit Hall, including hours and products exhibited.
  • Technology: Information about available technology resources, including computer kiosks, wired and wireless connections for laptops, printers, and resources for presenters.
  • Exhibitor Technology: Information for exhibitors regarding resources for booths in the Exhibit Hall and for lead retrieval.
  • General: Miscellaneous information, including emergency contact information, dress code, etc.
