Abstract

What are the implications of the Web 2.0 for the enterprise? Is it useful only to students and in teaching and learning, or does it have ramifications for the enterprise? Will it have (or is it having) a transformative impact? We will discuss the social networking technologies used pervasively by the academic side and how they relate to the enterprise/administrative area. Come prepared to discuss how you have used Web 2.0 technologies and how they have helped staff, students, and faculty using enterprise information systems. This will be a follow-up to Wednesday’s sessio, "Web 2.0 in the Enterprise."
