Abstract

Most IT organizations in higher education are looking for creative ways to bring more value to their schools without compromising quality. Stanford University has adopted an off-shoring model in support of its administrative systems that is improving quality while lowering costs. Drexel University is supporting the technology services and infrastructure for other institutions through strategic collaboration. In this session, you will learn how Stanford and Drexel implemented and are using these sourcing models.
