Abstract

Participants will increase their awareness of the realities of leadership on campus and will develop the ability to influence institutional directions toward enhancing the learning environment. The workshop will focus on understanding leadership style and the context in which decisions are made. Participants will improve their understanding of their leadership style and its implication on their decision-making.
