Net@EDU, the networking arm of EDUCAUSE, has noted regional discrepancies in the pricing of telecommunications and networking services that are not easily explained by geography or technology. A member-driven working group was created to explore this issue and has initiated a running dialogue between the broadband vendor and higher education community. Working group members will be presenting their initial findings and recommendations.
