Abstract
At the University of California, Irvine, we have managed to reduce the amount of unsolicited commercial (or simply nasty) e-mail we receive to a mere trickle, using (almost) nothing but open-source products, elbow grease, and a bunch of pretty charts. What's even better? You can do it, too.
