Abstract

This presentation will highlight Penn Library's model for administrating the University of Pennsylvania institutional repository, ScholarlyCommons@Penn. A proactive approach to outreach and marketing, plus service-oriented content recruitment, has resulted in more than 1,000 works of scholarship being added to the repository in two years.
