Abstract

Years of research have identified the concepts of behavior styles and emotional intelligence as major factors missing in successful leadership. People with a higher command of these concepts tend to be more successful leaders and create more effective working relationships. This seminar will present the key components of behavior styles and emotional intelligence and explore their impact on successful leadership.
