Follow-up Session: Post-Implementation Issues This session of the ASM Constituent Group will focus on ongoing issues confronting systems managers, including retraining staff; using SSNs for keys and moving away from their use; improving reporting (data marts, middleware); employing models for providing support; and providing Web access for students.
