The Embassy Suites, Charlotte, offers complimentary parking and an airport shuttle (from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.). When you arrive at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, go to the Visitor Information Board (located on the lower baggage claim level) and use the courtesy phone to call the hotel at (704) 527-8400. The hotel shuttle will pick you up at the designated pickup zone within 15 minutes. The return shuttle service leaves every hour on the hour weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Parking: Reserved parking may be available for seminar participants who request it in advance by calling (608) 262-1122 or by filling out the parking request form. Overnight guests also may request parking at the Lowell Center. In most cases, advance requests for parking are necessary as they are located on the busy UW-Madison campus. Please plan accordingly to allow enough time to park your vehicle before the seminar.
