Abstract

Workflow can be used to facilitate provisioning tasks associated with identity management, virtual organizations, and intraorganizational collaboration. By further integrating workflow with other middleware components, workflow-enabled systems can be extended across traditional boundaries. But what are the connection points between a workflow system and these other infrastructures or environments? This session will discuss possible ways to achieve this integration, including topics such as service-oriented architectures and connections with existing identity management infrastructures.
